Take 1 tablet 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime.

INGREDIENTS

Free from Gluten and Nuts.
Contains: Phenylalanine. 
Vegan Friendly.

Each Tablet Contains: Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) extract equivalent to dry herb 1 g. Magnesium amino acid chelate 500 mg (equiv. magnesium 100 mg). Ascorbic acid (vit C) 50 mg. Iron 2 mg (as Ferrous fumarate). Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) ext. equiv. dry root 250 mg.

WARNINGS

Warnings: Vitamin and/or mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Do not use if tamper seal is missing or broken.
