Instructions
- Toast the bread in a toaster until it's golden and crispy. Place the avocado quarters on the toast, slice them, and mash them gently over the top. Add your preferred style of eggs, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Take your Kynd Magnesium Bio at any point during your meal.
- For Fried Eggs: Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until it’s hot. Crack the egg into the skillet, then quickly lower the heat to low. Cook uncovered for about 5-7 minutes, or until the whites are fully set and the yolk is thickened to your preference.
- For Scrambled Eggs: Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until sizzling. Whisk the eggs in a small bowl, then slowly pour them into the center of the pan. Once the edges begin to set, gently fold the eggs until fully cooked, about 2-3 minutes.
- For Boiled Eggs: Add the eggs to a saucepan and cover them with cool water until they are fully submerged. Bring the water to a vigorous boil, then lower the heat and cook to your preferred doneness: 4 minutes for soft-boiled, 6 minutes for medium-boiled, and 12 minutes for hard-boiled. Prepare a bowl of ice water, then transfer the cooked eggs to the ice water to cool completely before peeling.
- For Poached Eggs: Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Crack an egg into a small bowl. Stir in vinegar to the water and create a vortex by swirling the boiling water. Reduce the heat so that the water maintains a gentle boil at the bottom of the pot. Carefully add the egg to the center of the pot and cook for 3-4 minutes, depending on your preferred doneness. Use a slotted spoon to remove the egg.
