But that’s not merely just a belief. In fact, there are many scientific studies that have found that kindness has a proven benefit on both a personal and a broader, societal level.
THE LITTLE THINGS
Often, the little things we do for ourselves can have the greatest impact, whether it’s giving ourselves the gift of a nourishing, home-cooked meal, finally getting that lamp we’ve always wanted, or remembering to take that supplement to make the most of our beauty sleep. Psychology says self-regard isn’t selfish—it’s actually a crucial need that, when fulfilled, can make us feel happy and whole. That’s right: being kind to yourself is one of the most important things you can do for your wellbeing.

But our mission doesn’t simply stop there. We deeply believe that a happier and healthier planet can make a (literal) world of a difference. FOUNDER’S STORY
“Over the last couple of years, my wife (Jade) and I have been fortunate enough to travel to different parts of the world. Places that were all so different, and yet, facing so many of the same challenges.
I couldn't help but recognise we live in a world in need.
At home and abroad, I saw widespread gaps in nutrition and an environment struggling - a world full of plastic. It was everywhere.
I had spent nearly the last ten years in the health industry and thought, surely, I could do something to contribute.
So, I started to dream up a health brand that not only made a difference to the people that buy the products, but also has a positive ripple effect out to others and to the planet and so... Kynd was born.”
